Raised on a healthy dose of Disney, with a serving of anime and graphic novels, I found my love for art and drawing at an early age. I received a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Illustration at Brigham Young University. I now work as a Freelance Illustrator and Graphic Designer. My work includes doing illustrations/graphic designs for children's books, Youtube Creators, DnD campaigns, businesses and other visual development projects.
Design intricate pins, patches, and walking stick medallions for National Parks, National Monuments, and other Famous Landmarks around the United States. This includes managing multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines, sell designs to a variety of large companies and private customers, and design social media posts across multiple platforms to promote Eagle River Designs around the United States.
Created visually engaging characters, props, and environments for client videos teaching viewers about the history of the world. These designs also helped solidify the look and feel of the videos.
Proactively looked for ways to better the flow of storytelling through innovative approaches to designs and constant communication with my Art Director and Producer.
Created a more efficient workflow by helping the Producer create a schedule for the teams of illustrators and animators. This helped in production efficiency, which sped up the release time of videos.
Additionally was promoted to create logos for the company.
Recommended and consulted with clients on the most fitting design option based upon their marketing goals.
Managed up to 10 or more tasks at a given time while under pressure to meet daily/weekly deadlines.
Recommended by employer to be the artist who would create large vector murals for the BYU Salt Lake Center.
Picked to be the artist to design the building's Christmas Cards. Received recognition from the Dean of the Department.
Actively engaged in team-building by problem solving together on a project in order to better meet the clients wants/needs in a faster amount of time.
Lead team discussions about creating company promoting zines and logos.
